Q. How do I customize the color of my base?
A. There are 2 ways for us to match your color.

  • Send us a color chip sample of any color you would like. The size needs to be about 2”x2” or larger.
  • Tell us an automotive color that you would like. We have all the colors of domestic and import cars in our database.

Q. How long will it take for my spas to be ready if I choose to customize the color?
A. Because we manufacture our bases in the U.S.A., custom colors will not be any longer than the normal 10 business days to ship.

Q. Am I able to customize the leather colors?
A. Unfortunately we are not able customize the leather colors. We do, however, offer nine(9) different colors to choose from. Click on this link pick your color.

Q. How should I disinfect my spa?
A.A. We suggest disinfecting after each client. Use mild soap to clean the residue left over from the pedicure. Then use a state approved hospital grade disinfectant on the surface of the tub and Pipeless Jet assembly. (Please consult with your state regulators to see what disinfectants are approved.)

Q. How soon can I expect to receive my Zyon Pedicure Spa?
A. After confirmation of your order, please allow around 10 business days before shipment of your spa. You will be informed of any backorders before proceeding with your order.

Q. Where will my spas be shipped from?
A. We are located in Kansas City, MO. Logistically, we have an advantage to be able to get shipments to either the West or East coast in a matter of a few business days.

Q. How will my new Zyon™ Pedicure Spa be shipped?
A.Your new Zyon™ will be shipped via LTL (truck line). Most shipments will require that the truck have a lift-gate, which is a tool attached to the truck bed to allow your equipment to be lowered to the ground safely. Once lowered, a pallet jack will be used to bring your equipment to the entryway of your business. If there is any obstruction to the path, such as a curb, the trucking company must stop there. Due to liability, trucking companies are only able to deliver equipment up to the point of entryway. If you are requesting your equipment to be delivered into your area of business, the trucking company will charge an additional fee for this service.

Q. How much is shipping?
A. All of our pedicure spas are shipped for free in the continental 48 states. Please contact us for a shipping quote to Alaska, Hawaii & International.

Q. Can Zyon™ Pedi Spas hold my order until my location is ready to receive the shipment?
A. Yes, we can hold your order until you are ready to for the delivery.

Q. How do I install my spas?
A. Installation of the pedicure spa is very simple. Click on this link to see a video tutorial on installation.

Q. What type of drain will I need?
A. There are two(2) types of drain systems that you could have. A gravity drain will work if you have a drain in the floor (when your drain is lower than the drain coming out of the sp, gravity will pull the waste water down.) A wall drain will require a discharge pump to push the waste water up (defying gravity) into your drain.

Q. What type of water lines would I need?
A. You will need a hot & cold water line coming into the spa. There are 3/8” female connections coming out of the spa. You may obtain dishwasher lines from a local hardware store for this connection.

Q. Can I install the spas myself?
A. Installation is fairly simple, but a licensed plumber will know your local plumbing codes. Installation by an unlicensed plumber may result in faulty hook-ups and may void your warranty.

Q. How I do file a warranty claim?
A. We are the first company in the industry that allows you to file your claim online. This process will expedite the claim process. Your will receive a call within 24 hours of filing your warranty claim. Click on this link to file your claim online.
